STEADY AUTO ACCELERATOR PROGRAM AGREEMENT
1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
Client hires Steady Auto Growth LLC to provide marketing, advertising, and business-growth services as described herein. Steady Auto Growth LLC agrees to perform such services under the terms of this Agreement.
2. TERM & PAYMENT STRUCTURE
This is a legally binding 90-day commitment beginning on the Effective Date. The total program fee is $3,997 USD, due in full upon signing. Client agrees to maintain a minimum ad budget of $50/day for all 90 days, paid directly to Meta, Google, or any applicable platform. All sales are final and non-refundable. Payment constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
3. PROGRAM TERMS
Phase 1 – Authority Advantage System: Brand and offer re-optimization, pricing adjustments, messaging updates, SOP refinement, Instagram and social audit with optimization, automated review system installation, and pricing strategy restructuring.
Phase 2 – Conversion Engine: Full CRM buildout including pipelines, KPIs, automations, reporting, automated follow-ups, payment system integration, and a centralized dashboard for leads, jobs, and conversions.
Phase 3 – Picture Advantage & Growth Management: Sales scripts, closing frameworks, sales coaching, objection handling, team management systems, daily accountability, two private strategy calls, weekly KPI reporting, and access to training modules, templates, and 24/7 Slack support.
4. BONUSES INCLUDED
Retention & Repeat Customer Pipeline ($1,500 value); Authority Advantage Rebrand Pocket ($1,200 value); Done-For-You Ad Scripting, Editing & Management ($3,000 value); A+ Setter & Closer Placement ($12,000 value); 2× ROI Contingency Guarantee ($4,000 value).
Total Bonus Value: $21,700. Client agrees to a mandatory 90-day minimum term beginning on the date of initial payment.
5. CLIENT REQUIREMENTS & PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
Steady Auto Growth LLC guarantees that within 90 days of ad launch, Client will generate twenty (20) high-paying jobs or achieve a 2× ROI, provided all Client requirements are met. If results are not met and all conditions are satisfied, Steady Auto Growth LLC will continue working without additional cost until results are achieved.
ROI is defined as 2× the initial $3,997 payment in gross revenue attributed to service provider efforts.
To remain eligible for the guarantee, Client must provide all logins and assets within 14 days, allow 14 days for buildout, maintain the required ad budget, respond within 24 hours in Slack, attend required calls, implement recommended pricing and systems, and refrain from altering ads, funnels, or automations without written approval.
Failure to meet any requirement voids the guarantee.
6. SERVICE TIMELINE & REVISIONS
Setup requires 14 days after all assets are received. Reasonable revisions are included within the 90-day term. Revisions do not pause billing or extend the program. Unauthorized changes void support and the guarantee.
7. PLATFORM & COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER
Steady Auto Growth LLC is not affiliated with Meta, Google, TikTok, or other platforms. If an ad account is restricted or suspended, Steady Auto Growth LLC will assist with appeals but cannot guarantee reinstatement. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by platform restrictions.
Ad spend and CRM usage fees are not included.
8. FIRST 30 DAYS EXPECTATIONS
During the first 30 days, Steady Auto Growth LLC will re-optimize the offer, refine pricing, build the CRM system, script and edit ads, and prepare all assets for launch.
The Service Provider may create a landing page at its sole discretion. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the decision to create, modify, or omit a landing page rests entirely with the Service Provider and is determined based on strategic needs, offer structure, and what the Service Provider believes will drive the best performance. If the Service Provider determines that a landing page is not required, the Client understands that no landing page will be delivered and agrees that this decision is final.
The first 14 days focus on buildout, and the next 16 days focus on testing, data collection, optimization, and system refinement.
9. REVISION CLAUSE
Revisions require reasonable time to complete and do not pause billing. If ad accounts are under review or disabled, timelines extend accordingly. If Client misses calls or becomes unavailable, delays are not counted against Steady Auto Growth LLC. Additional requested assets or platforms may require extended turnaround times.
10. COMMUNICATION POLICY
All communication must occur inside Slack or the designated CRM workspace. Direct texts, DMs, or calls outside these channels may be ignored and are not considered official communication. Client may not alter ads, funnels, automations, or settings without approval.
11. REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY
This Agreement is non-cancelable and non-refundable. Client shall not dispute authorized payments. Any chargeback triggers binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida. Client may be held liable for damages and collection costs up to $8,000. Refunds are only considered if Client proves that services were not rendered; dissatisfaction without supporting evidence does not qualify.
12. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client must maintain access credentials, provide creative assets, complete onboarding materials, attend onboarding calls, communicate in Slack, and maintain payment methods. Failed payments must be resolved within 24 hours or services will pause until resolved.
13. DISPUTES & LEGAL REMEDIES
Client agrees not to dispute or reverse charges for services under this Agreement. All assets become Client property only after full payment is completed. Steady Auto Growth LLC may pursue legal or collection remedies for unpaid or disputed charges. All disputes are resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
14. PARTNER & APPROVAL CLAUSE
If multiple partners or decision-makers provide conflicting feedback, this does not delay timelines or entitle Client to refunds, pauses, or extensions. Internal disagreements are not the responsibility of Steady Auto Growth LLC.
15. COST OF SERVICES
Total cost of services is $3,997. This includes all creative work, setup, CRM buildout, landing page development (if provided), ad management, administrative support, and subcontractor work during the 90-day engagement.
16. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS
Client may not cancel during the 90-day term. Missed or late calls do not pause the program. Client must give 24-hour notice to reschedule calls.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, acts of God, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
18. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, client data, strategies, systems, and proprietary knowledge. Confidentiality survives termination. Exceptions apply only to information already public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained.
19. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
Steady Auto Growth LLC is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or member of Client’s company. Each Party is responsible for its own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
20. NON-DISPARAGEMENT
Both Parties agree not to make defamatory or harmful public statements about the other.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The maximum liability of Steady Auto Growth LLC for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by Client under this Agreement.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Steady Auto Growth LLC harmless from claims arising out of services provided.
23. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Client acknowledges that paid advertising involves inherent uncertainty and that sales or specific results cannot be guaranteed.
24. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This Agreement is governed by Florida law, and all disputes must be heard exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida (West Palm Beach Court).
25. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & AMENDMENTS
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties. Amendments must be in writing and mutually agreed upon.
27. ASSIGNMENT
Neither Party may assign rights or obligations without written notice.
28. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
Electronic signatures are legally binding. Steady Auto Growth LLC may pre-sign before presenting to Client. Agreement becomes binding upon Client’s signature.
